'Frosty the Snowman' es una canción popular de Navidad grabada por primera vez en 1950. Fue escrita por el autor "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" un año después y, al igual que "Rudolph", "Frosty" fue adaptado posteriormente a otros medios, incluyendo un popular especial de televisión de Rankin/Bass Productions, Frosty the Snowman.
La canción cuenta la historia ficticia de Frosty, un muñeco de nieve que cobra vida gracias a un sombrero de seda mágico que un grupo de niños encuentra y coloca en su cabeza. A Frosty le gusta vagar por la ciudad con los niños que lo construyeron, y sólo se detiene una vez en un cruce peatonal cuando el policía que dirige el tráfico ordena a los peatones que se detengan. Frosty finalmente se despide de los niños y los consuela, prometiéndoles que volverá algún día.
